Digital Products

• Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final.

• Refunds may be granted only if:

  • Duplicate payment was made.

  • File is corrupted/unusable and replacement fails.

Physical Products

• Returns Window: 14 days from delivery.

• Eligibility: Books must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Process: Contact customer service to request a return authorization.

• Return Shipping: Paid by customer unless product is defective/wrong.

• Refund Timeline: Processed within 7–10 business days once inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

• We will issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
